Yes! Cowboys Stadium Tours are now available to the general public! Now we can finally see the inner-workings of the new $1.15 billion venue.
Tours depart every 30 minutes from the stadium Pro Shop (Entry A, parking at Gate 1 off Randol Mill Rd, one block east of Collins). Buy your tour tickets at the Pro Shop.
Reservations are not necessary. Tour hours are Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm (last Tour Departs at 4:30pm) and non-gameday Sundays 12pm-5pm (last Tour departs at 3:30pm). Tours are not available on the days the stadium is hosting a football game or other big events like a music concert or soccer match. On the day prior to a game, tours are only available until noon, regardless of the event time the next day. Parking is free as long as no game/event is taking place. If you have any questions about events taking place and/or availability of tours on a certain day, call (817) 892 4600.
Ticket prices are $15 adults, $12 children (ages 5-12), and $12 seniors (65 and up). Children under age 5 are free. There is no charge for parking unless there is an event at the stadium (and if there’s an event at the stadium, there are no tours conducted that day).
Tours last1 hour and 15 minutes and usually include such areas as: The Pro Shop, scoreboard control room, Radio Booth area, Cotton Bowl offices, Silver Level platform, a suite, Postgame Player/Coach Interview room, Field Level Club, limited field access, the Cowboys Locker Room, and press box. All tour destinations are subject to change without notice.
Groups of 20 or more guests are eligible for additional $3 discounts per ticket, but the group must book a Group Tour a week in advance by calling 817-892-8688.
What can you bring on the tour? Definitely bring a camera and/or video recorder. But no purses, bags, backpacks or any sort of tote are allowed on tours. No food or drinks allowed, and no smoking. Because you’ll be walking for over an hour, comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Notify your tour guide or your group tour coordinator of any special needs (bilingual guide, wheelchair access, etc.).
Honestly, you don’t have to be a huge football fan to enjoy this tour. The size/scale, technical advances, architecture, and innovative design make this structure a wonderful place to see on the inside. As for the devoted Cowboys fans…well, I know you’ll love seeing the Cowboys locker room, the player interview room, the video board control room, and shopping in the Pro Shop. Have a wonderful time on the tour and Go Cowboys!
My favorite stop was the amazing Control Room for the giant video board. The room not only controls the world’s largest HD digital board, it also controls the more than 3,000 televisions spread throughout the stadium. This control room looks like something from NASA or N.O.R.A.D. It’s an impressive technical display.
Also, the Cotton Bowl executive offices are cool because the etchings on the glass windows include X’s and O’s diagrams of famous plays from previous Cotton Bowl games.
Standing on the Silver Level Platform is great because you get the exterior view of the Outdoor Plazas as well as an overview of the playing field from the end zone perspective. The giant retractable glass doors which open to the exterior plazas are a monumental feat of engineering, as are the monumental arch trusses which span 1,250 feet, the entire length of the stadium.

Is there a charge for parking? Where can I get directions on parking and location of The Pro Shop?
Thank You.

Are wheelchairs available for rent?? If so, do they need to be reserved? And, how much is the cost?
Thanks!
Wish you would add some info on parking availability
At the top of your page you say “Monday through Saturday” then right after you say “Reservations are not required” you say Mon-Fri and Sunday. Which is it?
I’m bringing friends from Nashville October 31st. Will you be doing tours?
Lance.
Friends coming from out of town first week in December, their main wish is to see the Stadium. Two seniors in group who have difficulty walking. Do you have any kind of golf cart tours? If not, don’t you think that would be a great idea???
Please let me know if anything is available.
thank you so much.

I went the Dallas and Seattle game on November 1st 2009 and the Stadium was BREATH TAKING!!!!! It is amazing how much there is inside and how well it is put together. Parking to just go to the Pro Shop on a none game day was pretty easy we just pulled up to the parking lot. BUT…. parking on a game day get ready to pay $100+ for the stadium parking lot. Or you cld park 4 to five blocks away and pay $20+ for parking. The Hotel we stayed at offered a shuttle to the game and picked us up after wards. I would say EVERYONE has to attend a game or go visit the stadium once in their life. Jerry Jones…you go boy…Go Dallas Cowboys!!!!! I Love You Jason Witten!!!!!!!!!!
